Bakery Production Associate
Bakery Production Associates shall follow the Production Team Leader’s direction and fully embrace Capistrano’s Bakery Prime Directives and Statement of Values; coupled with the adherence to company policies, procedures, and guidelines. Associates perform duties as listed below and may include additional responsibilities as assigned.
Key Responsibilities And Tasks
- Read production schedules and documents
- Operate bakery machinery
- Document counts, weights, sizes and times
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Package and stage finished bakery goods
Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older
- Possess basic math skills
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Possess good communication skills
- Work well with a team
- Able to follow written and verbal directions
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
- Work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
- Stand and bend for extended periods of time
- Have clean appearance and good hygiene
